Please note that refunds are not offered, however an exchange or online store credit may be offered on items that have not been worn, have their tags attached, are in brand new condition and are with their receipt. When returning goods please note postage back to us will be at your own expense. We will cover the costs of posting the replacement item(s) out to you; once we receive the returned package. Postage costs of any further exchanges will be covered by customer. In this situation, please include a prepaid satchel with your further return(s).
Imago Collections has a no returns/exchanges policy for sale items.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date to notify us (using link on the right) that you will be returning the item. Please state your name, address, label, style code, size and reason for return. Imago Collections will contact you with a Return Authorisation Number and detailed instructions for returning the item.
All items being returned MUST be sent via registered or express post. The item should be returned to and received by us within 7 days of receiving an authorisation number or we have right to deny a refund.
If Imago Collections believes that an item has been worn, washed or damaged we reserve the right to return the item back to you without an exchange or credit note issued. Please allow up to 10 days from when we receive the item for the procedure to be completed.
All garments are quality checked prior to shipping, however in the unlikely event a garment is faulty, a refund will be issued if an exchange is unavailable or not required. By placing an order on the imagocollections.com.au website, you signify your acceptance of our returns policy.
